I LOVE Clothes Mentor! I always hit the jackpot there. Last night, my friend and I accidentally stayed a little past closing time, and Chianna, Stahr and Traci were so kind, and didn't rush us or act irritated in the least. They were also very helpful and friendly. Great shopping experience. UPDATE: Clothes Mentor is under new management now, and Brittany has made the shopping experience even MORE delightful! The store is soooo organized now, and it's easier to find what you're looking for. It also feels more spacious than before...less claustrophobic! It is a lot cleaner, and I will definitely continue shopping here.

I love shopping at Clothes Mentor! I always find the cutest things and the prices can’t be beat. They have a wonderful selection, including some great designer pieces! Plus, the staff is kind and helpful, which is appreciated. It’s definitely good for the environment to shop consignment and I highly recommend shopping here.

Came and sold a few designer bags and shoes. Prices were reasonable and so was trade. Made some money and shop purchased some nice authentic designer bags

I absolutely love this location! While the prices could be a bit cheaper for a thrift store, you can still find some incredible deals that make the visit worthwhile. Most of the time, I shop for work clothes since I have to adhere to a specific professional dress code, and I can always find exactly what I’m looking for. The organization of the store is one of my favorite aspects; everything is neatly sorted by clothing type and then further organized by color. This thoughtful arrangement really enhances my shopping experience, as I often feel overwhelmed in other thrift stores that can be disorganized or too large to navigate easily. Here, I know exactly where to go when I need something specific, which makes my trips so much more enjoyable. Additionally, the staff at this location are consistently polite and helpful. I’ve never encountered any issues during my visits, which adds to the overall positive atmosphere. There’s a charming hometown feel to the service here that makes me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. Each time I shop, I leave not just with great finds, but also with a sense of satisfaction from the excellent service. Overall, this thrift store has become one of my favorite places to visit!

I feel moved to review because I don't understand all the negative reviews. The store is clean, well organized, and affordable. No, you're not getting garage sale prices, but cheaper than retail and it helps keep clothes out of the landfill. I've sold here once and no, they didn't take a lot and I didn't make a lot but they donate clothes they don't buy if you don't want them back. I forget the name of the charity but it's for people in Appalachia which is where my family is from, so I love that. At least it's not Goodwill -- I'd burn my clothes before donating to them. Everyone I talked to was friendly except for one girl who wasn't really rude, just did not seem happy that I was bringing in literally 6 boxes of clothes. When I went back in with the next load, a different girl helped me and was super nice. Another girl offered to help me carry things in. I'm taking more stuff over today. My goal is not to get rich from my used clothes but to get them out of my house and into the hands of people who might want them. I only take stuff that's in good condition, no stains or rips or just really worn out. I just wish they took men's clothes, too!

Enjoyed my trip to Cm! Very Clean! & very well organized store!! The inventory/items there were well maintained & clean with no major flaws, and great prices ! Went in trying to find a gift and I found amazing brands and styles for a fraction of the price for my girlfriend. The staff was super helpful, and I left feeling like I did well (score!) while also doing something good for the planet. Highly recommend for anyone looking for stylish, affordable fashion. Or a gentleman needing a little help finding a gift ! These ladies know their stuff! Thanks Brittany, Embry & all the ladies for all your help!
